We had an amazing stay with our young child! The hotel offers fantastic luxury accommodation, and the breakfast spread was a standout. We enjoyed the breathtaking House of Dancing Water Show nearby, and the concierge's dining recommendations were spot on.
In my wife’s opinion, check-in took too long. It would be great if they streamlined that process for families with kids.

great amenities but breakfast left something to be desired
The deluxe king room was spacious, well-decorated, and clean. The fitness center exceeded my expectations with modern equipment, and the hot tubs offered a relaxing break after a long day. I enjoyed the pool area, which provided a nice escape. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions such as Wynn Palace and the Venetian.
The breakfast selection could use improvement, as it felt limited for a hotel of this caliber.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Grand Hyatt Macau. The facilities exceeded my expectations, especially the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. The large bathroom with a huge bathtub offered great relaxation. I loved the stunning views from the room, and the quiet ambiance at night was a huge plus, even in such a lively area. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. they went above and beyond, from assisting with special requests to checking up on us, making us feel valued and welcomed. During our visit, the breakfast buffet stood out with its variety and quality, particularly the pastries and delightful view of the Wynn Fountain show. It’s a perfect spot for families and couples alike, with great access to nearby attractions and restaurants. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The room service options were rather limited for such a high-end hotel. It would be nice to have more variety available. We also noticed that some amenities lacked attention. the swimming pool area felt a bit confined and could benefit from more ambiance and options for poolside snacks or drinks. For the price point, I expected more from the facilities.
